Fuerte Avocados

Fuerte avocado is one of the older and more traditional avocado varieties, known for its smooth green skin and rich, nutty flavor. This variety is available for most of the year, making it a popular choice for consumers. Fuerte avocados are less oily than other varieties, yet they maintain a creamy texture with a flavor that many consider to be the best among all avocados.

In addition to its versatility in various dishes, the Fuerte avocado is also a nutritional powerhouse. It is rich in vitamins like Vitamin E and C, as well as potassium, which promotes heart health and muscle function. The lower fat content, compared to other avocado varieties, makes it a great choice for those watching their caloric intake while still benefiting from the healthy fats that support overall well-being. Whether used in savory meals or sweet desserts, the Fuerte avocado offers a balance of taste, texture, and nutrition.

Culinary Recommendations

  • Salads: The creamy texture and nutty flavor of Fuerte avocados pair well with fresh greens, citrus fruits, and lean proteins like chicken or shrimp.
  • Smoothies: Their lighter oil content makes them perfect for blending into smoothies, adding creaminess without overpowering the other ingredients.
  • Spreads: Fuerte avocados make a wonderful spread for toast, bagels, or sandwiches, offering a rich, flavorful alternative to butter or cream cheese.
  • Desserts: The subtle sweetness and creamy texture of Fuerte avocados make them an excellent base for healthy desserts, such as avocado chocolate mousse or avocado ice cream.

How Our Production Process Works

Our garden landscaping process includes consultation, design, installation, and maintenance, ensuring your outdoor space is beautifully transformed.

1

Harvesting

Selecting high-quality fruits from our group of trusted farmers

2

Washing, De-stoning,and pulp crushing

The skin and seed are removed by means of de-stoning equipment. After this process the pulp is pumped into a crushing machine where it’s grinded into a fine consistency.

3

Malaxing

A malaxer is a jacketed tank with an automated stirring mechanism. In this process pulp from the crushing equipment is pumped into the malaxer and is preheated for at least 60 minutes in temperatures between 40°c and 50°c. For extra virgin oil production and above 50°c for virgin oil and crude oil production

4

Decanter

In this stage liquids are separated from solids in pulp load. Then the Pre heated pulp is pumped into the decanter and is separated into: (a) Water + oil solution (b) Waste pulp

5

Polishing Centrifuge

Liquids of different densities are then separated. Water + oil solution is pumped and separated into : a) Waste water b) Avocado oil.

6

Filtration

The oil is then pumped into settling tanks and reserved to allow for the settling of waxes as it waits to be sold.
